Some iPhone 14 and iPhone 14 Pro models can be hard to find right now. If you’ve had trouble securing the model you want, you’ll want to keep an eye out for new stock, check alternative places to order, and look for stock in stores as we push deeper into the fall.

Shipping windows have slipped for some of Apple’s new iPhone 14 models. In the case of the iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max, some delivery dates are currently sitting in mid-November.

Apple says “COVID-19 restrictions have temporarily impacted the primary iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max assembly facility” and that it now expects “lower iPhone 14 Pro and iPhone 14 Pro Max shipments” than it previously anticipated. The company says shoppers will experience longer wait times to receive their new phones ahead of the holiday season.

If you’re able to find the model you want, and you want your new iPhone 14 model ASAP, it’s a good idea to place an order right now, if you can do so.

While some models might not ship for a bit, you might be able to find them available for in-store pickup at Apple or another retailer.

Retailers will have stock on hand moving forward, but there’s no telling how much inventory each store will have. It’s definitely a gamble.
