How to Downgrade Your iPhone X

Apple won’t force you to upgrade to iOS 15 so you can stay put on iOS 14 and still receive software updates for the foreseeable future. New iOS 14 releases probably won’t have new features on board, but they will include security upgrades.

The company’s confirmed a new version of iOS 15 and iOS 15.2 is currently in beta testing. We expect the iOS 15.2 release date to land in November or December.

If security is important to you, think about installing Apple's iOS 15.1 update right away.

iOS 15.1 has important security patches on board and they'll help protect your phone. You can read more about them on Apple's website.
