New colors galore.
Apple has made its popular HomePod mini available to more people with customers in both Australia and New Zealand now able to pick up new color options. The new orange, yellow, and blue colors join the already-available space gray and white offerings.
Beyond the new colors, all of the HomePod minis are exactly the same as the old ones in terms of functionality and capability. But those colors do look pretty striking!
As reported by MacRumors, the new HomePod mini comes with a standard 20W USB-C power brick in the box while the new colors also have matching power cables, topo.
In terms of pricing, Australians will pay AUD$149 while New Zealanders will pay NZ$159 — and both prices include appropriate tax.
While in-store pickup is an option for people ordering online in Australia, that isn't going to work for those who live in New Zealand. The country doesn't currently have an Apple Store to call its own, leaving home delivery as the only option for those buyers. Delivery windows currently sit at just a few days at worst, although that could lengthen depending on supply and demand.
